Ideas to include:
- Why spend so much on expensive office space
- to communicate with their employers over the Internet
- remote employees would be able to choose their own work hours, they will get more freedom and flexibility
- it could give employment possibilities for disabled people and those with limited local job opportunities
- remote work is not the same thing as doing house calls, it needs legislation-what about sick leave and annual leave, for example
- the employers should send the remote employees paper copies of their electronically signed contracts by registered mail
- employers are afraid that staff will not work if nobody is watching
- not many professions can benefit from remote work, professions expected to benefit are limited to designers, programmers, editors, journalists, translators, lawyers and some others
- why should we have to commute to a distant workplace when we could do our jobs just as well from home
- there are many things to regulate and simplify outside-office work arrangements
- our Labor Code does not recognize the concept of remote work
- remote work can reduce the need for economic migration within Russia

- отдалённо работающие могли бы выбирать часы работы, иметь больше свободы
- это даст работу людям с ограниченными возможностями и тем, кто имеет ограниченные возможности трудоустройства на местном уровне
- отдалённая работа это не звонки из дома, она нуждается в законах- как насчёт бюллетеня по болезни или годовой отпуск
- работодатели вынуждены посылать отдалённым сотрудникам копии электронно подписанных контрактов заказной почтой
- работодатели боятся того, что сотрудники не будут работать, если за ними не следить
- немногие профессии могут извлечь пользу из отдалённой работы; профессии, которые извлекут пользу ограничены - дизайнеры, программисты, редакторы, журналисты, переводчики, юристы и некоторые другие
- зачем нам ехать в отдалённое рабочее место, когда мы можем выполнять нашу работу из дома
- есть много соглашений, которые нужно отрегулировать и упростить
- наш трудовой кодекс не признаёт концепцию отдалённой работы
- отдалённая работа может снизить экономическую миграцию в России

Nowadays more and more people believe that it is pointless to work in the office. Is it really so?

On the one hand, a lot of people find it convenient to work with the help of the Internet. Remote employees are able to choose their own work hours and they get more freedom and flexibility, they can even work in the open air.They don`t have to commute to a distant workplace, they can do their jobs just as well from home. Moreover, disabled people and those with limited local job opportunities are given the chance to get a well-paid job.

On the other hand, another problem appears. Employers are afraid that staff will not work if nobody is watching. There are also many things to regulate and simplify outside office-work arrangements .Clever, well-educated people who are in demand start working for other countries, thus, their native country loses its great minds. Remote work needs legislation, for example, about sick leave and annual leave.

In my opinion, not many professions can benefit from remote work, professions expected to benefit are limited to designers, programmers, editors, translators and some others.

To sum up, I should say that remote work gives a lot of opportunities for life if you can manage your time well. (212)
